We are back from our Cape Town adventure and had a wonderful time.  Cape Town is such a beautiful city and I highly recommend a visit if you get the chance!

Although Cape Town is 16912 km from home (although perhaps the sign below is referring to another Vancouver?), I felt at home with the mountains and fresh ocean air.

Here are just a few pictures from in and around Cape Town.

The tram that takes you up to the top of Table Mountain.
The floor rotates 365 degrees as you go up so you are able to view
everything as you go up the mountain, and the ride is so smooth
(Grouse Mountain should take note!).
