zambian christmas

This past Christmas was my first away from my Canadian home.  And to be honest, it didn't really feel like Christmas as it was hot (although, to my delight, it rained on Christmas day. . .that felt like home), and very low-key as there was no turkey dinner or family gathering.

However, it was nice to just relax and share some Christmas traditions with Philip, including untangling Christmas decorations, decorating a tree, opening stockings and breakfast of Cap'n Crunch (seriously, that is a tradition in my family!).

Philip enjoying his first taste of Cap'n Crunch cereal.
